Clayton Center Info

Clayton Center Community Service Board was established in 1971.  For 44 years, the Center has operated a mental health, development disabilities, and addictive disease treatment facility. We operated under a single vision to be a viably sound premier Behavioral Health System with knowledgeable, trained, and caring professionals who are committed to providing innovative, evidence based treatment and residential options for individuals while meeting the ever changing needs of our community. Our mission is to provide services that minimize the impact of mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse in the lives of persons served and their families while supporting their inclusion in the community.

Clayton Center is an approved State of Georgia provider through Department of Behavioral Health and Development Disabilities. Our accreditation is through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our residential facilities are licensed through Georgia’s Health Care Facility Regulations.
